Our school is synonymic of modernity, comfort and security. Its 6 classes are very well equipped.

Tuition Programs

• 1 lesson: 50 minutes
• Minimum age: 17
• Schedule: from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. depending on the program chosen
• Maximum 6 students per class.
• All levels available
• School materials
• Multi media centre and library.
• Access to Internet and email
   
• VIP course: full private program for those who need very urgent knowledge of Portuguese. 20 lessons per week, lunch with the teacher included from Monday to Friday
   
• Co-op program: 4 weeks of 20 lessons per week AND 4 weeks of volunteering in a social or environmental environment.
   
• Cultural and social program included: visit of Market place, movies, sports, theatre, beach, sugar factory, distillery, ...........
• Numbers of excursions available to be paid on site: Salvador de Bahia, Recife, ......
• The school also proposes on the spot dancing lessons (Samba, Forro, popular dances)
• Test and certificate of linguistic training

Our prices are available from January 1st to December 31, 2008.These prices never include the plane ticket.

Family accommodation:

• Arrival on Sunday.
• Departure on Saturday.
• Single or double * occupancy, 2 meals per day.
          * For 2 people traveling together
• During Co-op program (8 weeks) family accommodation 2 meals per day (tuition period) AND 4 weeks of  lodging in an apartment or hostel, shared room, no meal.

  PRICE PER WEEK: 120$US

Our greeting families are recruited with great care. The criteria of selection are very rigorous and each family must satisfy a precise schedule of conditions: excellent morality, desire to communicate with their host, satisfactory social standing.

We should specify that the families will only speak with you the language of the country where you will be. It is the principle of the immersion courses!

City information

  São Paulo is a city of 10,5 millions inhabitants, 19 millions by counting the neighbourhoods,  extends over a surface of 1 493 km2. It is the industrial and commercial core of Brazil, and one of the world biggest cities. You'll find the most beautiful shops of the country, as well as the incomparable night-life there, while savouring its cosmopolitanism. We meet here an extraordinarily rich and mixed population.
The city also has cultural attractions, notably the MASP - Musee of Art, (Museu de Arte de Sao Paulo), who shelters a collection of impressionistic paintings of international fame (with works of Van Gogh and Degas for example). You can see also: the Ibirapuera park, Alfa Real Theater, Shopping Jardim Sul, Simba Safari and the old man Sao Paulo. The subway, contains only three lines but it is fast and very clean.
The weather report is extraordinarily clement (warm and beautiful all the time).
We eat really very well (the meat is delicious) and fresh fruit juices are everywhere. Lemon trees, mangoes and banana trees push almost to the wild state in the numerous gardens. Idem for the tropical, exuberant and magnificent flowers.
