Learn German in Munich in Germany 

The school was founded in 1977 and occupied since 1995. Its 11 classes are equipped quite well. It is located in the center of the city, not far from the central station of the access and railroads, to the pedestrian precinct of the city. Its subway will also give you access to the centers of interest of the city: Olympic stage, Pinakothek, Hofbräuhaus, very famous German Museum... You will find there a cafeteria, a terrace and a television room.

Tuition Programs

• 1 lesson: 45 minutes
• Minimum age: 17 
• Schedule:
  20 lessons: 9H00 to 12H30  or
                  1H45 pm to 6H00 pm
  
  24 lessons: same as 20 lessons +
    Tuesday and Thursday from 1 pm to 2H30 pm
  
  28 lessons: same as 20 lessons +
  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 1 pm to 2H30 pm.
    
• On Wednesday, 2 lessons in the multi media center from 1 pm to 2H30 pm
• All levels available.
• Maximum of 12 students per class.
• Language laboratory and multi media center
• Internet access and email (small fees)
• Internet café
• 2 cultural programs per week.
• 1 Saturday excursion (small fee)
   
• Private course: in addition to a group course only. Number of lessons to be chosen and dispatched on the number of weeks you wish to study, by respecting the minimum of 2 lessons per day.
• Teaching material to be paid on the spot between 15€ and 30€
   
• Evaluation and certificate of linguistic training.

The school will be closed between December 24 and 30, 2011.

• Several courses are available upon request;
      - For teens aged 14 - 17, school year in a
                German school in Wiesbaden.
  
      - Seminar for foreign German teachers
  
      - DSH exam preparation (Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang ausländisher Studienbewerber) or TestDaF (Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache). 4 weeks, minimum level required: upper intermediate.        UPON REQUEST
  
  - Business German, only on private tuition.
   
• Airport transfer to accommodation, one way: 60€
• Supplement for students in a process of study for the Christmas week; 110€

• Departure Saturday. 
• Family, single or double occupancy bedroom , 1 or 2 meals per day.
   
• In residence (standard or 3 stars), single or double occupancy. Shared or private bathroom. Between 15 - 20 minutes from school by public transportation. No meal or breakfast included. For people aged 18 and up.
   
• Student room in a separate flat or individual house, single occupancy, no meal, shared bathroom. Towels not provided. For people aged 18 and up.
   
• Apartment (studio) for people aged 18 and up. 9 minutes by subway from the school, A very famous place to be to enjoy the Bavarian capital. A 100 Euros deposit must be paid and will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage caused. In addition, 85 euros (apartment service fee) will be settled with your invoice.

 Our greeting families are recruited with great care. The criteria of selection are very rigorous and each family must satisfy a precise schedule of conditions: excellent morality, desire to communicate with their host, satisfactory social standing. We should specify that the families will only speak with you the language of the country where you will be. It is the principle of the immersion courses!

Courses and company training (Internship).

It is possible to learn German and then to have a training in a company ( Internship). For people aged 18 to 26. The stay consists in 2 parts.

 - On one hand a language course to reach a sufficient level (intermediate) of minimum 6 weeks
      6 weeks allow you to get a more interesting job in a company.
The cities for the course are Berlin, Frankfort, Munich or Hamburg. Cities for Internship are more numerous. Tell us the German city you would like to go, same as courses, or another one.
For the language part you have all details above in this program (see table for prices) and the different accommodation possibilities

 - For the internship part, a unique 450 Euros for a qualified work will be asked.
Accommodation during working period will be in a family or, as many, a room rented in the city. The period of Internship lasts between 2 and 6 months. During this period the trainee is not paid, but often the company looks a small financial compensation if it's satisfied.
The minimum delay to make application for an Internship program is 3 months before the date of the training and not the course which precedes. A CV in German will be required as well as 3 photos. For certain qualified "jobs", an interview with the company will be required and will take place during the period of language learning.
 

City information

Capital of Bavaria, 60 km from the Austrian border, on the Isar. The city, which grew during XIX century, is today one of the most industrialized city of the country. It keeps a little character of the city of Wittelsbach, princely family which reigned by her dukes, then by her kings on Bavaria from 1180 to 1918. Their XVII century old palace of Renaissance style, was rebuilt after its destruction during the second world war. In his theatre, Mozart gave his first opera written in Munich (Idoménée). The baroque palace of Nymphenburg in the north east of the city, summer residence of Wittelsbasch, was built during the XVII century in a formal garden. Behind him rises a tower of 295 m, marking the site of the Olympic Games of 1972.
